Searchify AB is the controller for the personal data described on this page. Searchify is part of TopHuman Group. We process data only for stated purposes and do not sell personal data to third parties.

Necessary cookies

We currently use no cookies for advertising, profiling or marketing tracking. The technical protection of the site may set Cloudflare's necessary __cf_bm cookie, which helps distinguish legitimate traffic from automated and malicious traffic. It expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity.

Because only a necessary security cookie is used, we do not display a consent banner. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, we will update this information and request consent before they are activated.

Technical logs and statistics

Server logs are created when the site is used. They may contain the page requested, time, approximate country, IP address and browser or device information. We use them for security, stability, troubleshooting and aggregated visitor statistics. Reports do not show raw IP addresses and are not used to identify individuals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website.

Contacting Searchify

When you contact us, we may process your name, contact details, organisation and the contents of your enquiry. We do this to respond and manage a potential or existing business relationship. The legal basis may be steps before a contract, performance of a contract or legitimate interest. Data is retained only for as long as the contact, relationship or legal obligations require.

Recruitment and Cruitive

CVs, applications and candidate profiles are handled in the Cruitive recruitment system. Additional privacy information is provided when you register. Do not send a CV, health information or other sensitive personal data by ordinary email; use the secure application form instead.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including Poland's Personal Data Protection Office or the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
